2. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold one and only one 77acn account. 77acn employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing security obligations.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonuses and Promotions

- Bonuses are only available to players who registered using accurate personal details. Any bonus credited to an account later found to be duplicate or fraudulent will be voided along with all associated winnings.
- Welcome bonuses are available only on a player's first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Reload bonuses and recurring promotions are subject to their own individual eligibility criteria.
- 77acn reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress at the time of withdrawal is completed under the original terms.
- Free spins, where offered, are subject to a maximum win cap and wagering requirement as stated in the individual promotion. Free spins with no stated expiry will expire 7 days after being credited to the player's account.
5. Betting and Game Rules
All sports betting markets and casino games on 77acn are governed by their respective game-specific rules, accessible within each game or market. The following general rules apply across all games and betting markets on the platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77acn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance or pending winnings, and may result in a permanent ban.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in any way that circumvents normal player interaction.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting strategies designed to exploit the house edge.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in the name of family members or associates — to abuse promotional offers, circumvent self-exclusion, or otherwise evade platform rules.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the 77acn platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to support and will not be paid out pending investigation.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction, including using another person's identity documents without their knowledge and consent.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
77acn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 77acn has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required by applicable law. In the event of closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances resulting from legitimate gameplay will be returned to the player after any outstanding investigation is resolved, subject to KYC completion.
Players may voluntarily close their 77acn account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method before closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 77acn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and overall site design — is the exclusive property of 77acn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether 77acn was advised of the possibility of such damages.
77acn's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 77acn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Responsible Gaming
77acn is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools or contact support for assistance.
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
